This winter my wife purchased me a newer to me bike, she knew I just never really enjoyed the touring bike especially when we were both on it. She mentioned if I would get her a bike she would love to learn to ride. So we purchased her a bike. I told her she had to take the MSF basic course. I wanted her to have a head start before we got to class end of June. The field guide has been the perfect tool we had spent about 4 hours in parking lot before I couldn’t contain her anymore and she wanted on street. Thank you again for the field guide it has improved my riding and helped her get a great start. We have a cool routine where we do some parking lot field guide maneuvers and then do a ride. Thanks for all you do Kevin.

Returning to motorcycling after a two decade hiatus, I didn’t even know the right questions to ask. As I immersed myself in my new owners manual, I had more questions. MCRider has established itself as the go-to web site for the developing rider in all of us. The first, most important lesson I learned from everyone is their desire for my success. In a world where too many are seeking another’s failure, failure on two wheels is a failure of the teacher AND the student. Every members thoughts an opinions are oriented towards success and safety for each other. Here I found the confidence to put my leg over a GoldWing and succeed in taming a potentially wild horse into an extension of my desire to ride well and see everyone on the road, wherever they may be. For now, I learn. Soon, I shall be the teacher because of MCRider.

The first year I had my Harley I dropped it two times when stopping at an intersection. You pointed out that I was turning the handlebars and hitting the front brake and after practicing your stop and go technics I no longer have trouble in that area. I also have used the brake and escape technic when confronted with a pick-up truck pulling a trailer pulled out in front of me and through practicing in a parking lot, it just became second nature and I avoided what could have been a really bad situation! Thanks for all the great knowledge and I will be watching anything that you will be putting on YouTube! I know that I have a long way to go but I am definitely a better rider since I began to do your drills!

The “Friday Videos” produced and directed by Kevin Morris, are the best of the best topics an aspiring or a veteran motorcyclist can hope for… they are on point… easy to understand… pleasant to watch (Kevin is personality plus)… very informative… always enjoyable and something I have treasured for the past 2.5 years… certainly makes my Friday a special treat-day and always entertaining…

Combine the Triple “F” Strategy with the Double “A” Salsa and you have what we call here in southwestern USA…
